Ikebukuro shops are disappearing at a rapid pace

The Ikebukuro shops located near Sunshine City are part of what makes east Ikebukuro lively and exciting.

But because of the novel coronavirus, many shops are unable to stay open due to the high rent and business being affected.

Project Adores, Denny’s, Matsuya across from Tokyu Hands, Saint-Tropez, Lotteria have closed.

池袋凄い勢いでメイン通りから店消えまくってるんですよ…サンシャイン通り、プロジェクトアドアーズもデニーズももう無いし、ハンズの向かいの松屋は今月、サントロペも来月なくなるんですよ…ちなみにコラボやってた東口の駅前のロッテリアも光麺も大分前になくなりました…
