Hotei Tomoyasu gets his first COVID vaccination

Japanese media have reported of how there are a good number of Japanese who do not want to get vaccinated due to fear of the unknown.

Hotei Tomoyasu used his influence by posting his experience of getting his first COVID-19 vaccination on Instagram.

Hotei wrote, “I felt pain and weak at the vaccination site but by the second day, I had a slight fever. There was no side reaction and after 48 hours, I felt refreshed as if nothing had happened. I fell like I’ve taken a step forward. When I tell my friends that I have been vaccinated, everyone say’s ‘congratulations!’. However, everyone should be willing to receive a vaccination for the sake of society”.

Hotei continued, “My second vaccination is scheduled for May. I hope the situation is getting better by that time”.
