A few days ago, six members of HKT48 (Oda AYaka, Kurihara Sae, Kuriyama Rina, Sakamoto Erena and Miyazaki Sono) were announced as testing positive for the novel coronavirus.
It was announced today that three more members have tested positive: Imamura Maria, Yamauchi Yuuna, Mizukami Rimika
Mercury which manages HKT48 emphasized, “We will take appropriate measures according to the instructions of the health center and medical institution, and if a close contact is confirmed, we will take appropriate measures according to the guidance of the health center”.
The HKT48 Theater will be closed from Saturday, August 14th to August 26th.
