元IZ*ONE Update: August 24th – A New Chapter Begins

For IZ*ONE fans, August 24th begins a new chapter for numerous members.

Kwon Eunbi

The biggest news is that former IZ*ONE leader, Kwon Eunbi released her debut mini-album “Open” and also her music video for “Door” was released. In a perfect homage to IZ*ONE, Kwon Eunbi’s album uses the same typeface font for the album and during her performances, she still wears her IZ*ONE ring.

Kwon recently performed on her showcase to promote her debut solo mini album.

Lee Chaeyeon

The popular dancer/singer joins the dance crew, WANT, to compete in the dance reality show “Street Women Fighter” which aired on August 24th. Needless to say, when the other dance crews see Chaeyeon, it’s not the friendliest reaction.

Choi Yena

Choi Yena will be hosting a web variety show titled “Yena’s Animal Detective” for Studio Waffle in which the first episode was released on August 24th. It was announced that her solo album will be released at the end of the year.

Kang Hyewon

In probably the surprising release of the day was the release of Kang Hyewon’s “First Love Letter” music video which is Hyewon’s first solo song. For weeks, Hyewon has been focusing on modeling and photoshoots, so the release of a music video on August 24th, was surprising but welcomed by fans.
