AKB48 veteran Kashiwagi Yuki (30) tested positive for the novel coronavirus on January 15th.
The result of the first PCR test was negative due to fever but since the fever continued, she went to the same medical institution again and upon retesting, she tested positive.
Kashiwagi will be treated according to the instructions of the health center.
