Ikoma Rina voted first place as Nogizaka46’s Successful Center Popularity Ranking

Today is Ikoma Rina’s birthday in Japan (Dec. 29th) and she also was voted by Netorabo’s Survey for “Nogizaka46 Successful Center Popularity Ranking”.

In August 2011, Ikoma joined the idol group Nogizaka46 as a member of the first generation. She was in charge of the center for many songs, including her debut single “Guru Guru Curtain”.

After graduating from the group, she has been active mainly in the acting industry, and recently “OTHELLO”, which she starred in a serial drama for the first time and has been gaining popularity.

Of the 5,259 votes, Ikoma Rina collected 1,072 votes.

Ikoma, who passed her 1st generation audition, was in charge of the center for her debut single “Guru Guru Curtain”. She is also a symbolic member of Nogizaka46 in its early years, after which she continued to serve as the center until the 5th single “Kimi no Na wa Kibou”.

Ikoma who continued to be in charge of the center where she was under pressure. As one of the creators of the current Nogizaka46 popularity, she is still loved by her fans even after her graduation back in 2018.

While in second place, Shiraishi Mai collected 821 votes.

Shiraishi passed her 1st generation audition and became a member of Nogizaka46. Despite being one of her most popular members, her 6th single “Girls Rule” was her first single to serve as the center. The song was a big hit and became a popular work representing Nogizaka46 in the early days. After that, she was in charge of the center in ” Synchronicity ” and so on. Until she graduated from the group in 2020, she continued to play an active role as a central figure in Nogizaka46.
