Katori Shingo and K-Pop group SEVENTEEN collaborated for the “Wana no Senso” theme song, “BETTING”

The 13-member group “SEVENTEEN” from South Korea, which won the “Special International Music Award” at the “64th Nihon Record Taisho” last December, collaborated with Katori Shingo on the Fuji TV drama “Wana no Senso” (starting on January 16, Mondays at 10:00 p.m.) for the theme song “BETTING”.

The danceable track unique to 3-shot SEVENTEEN is fused with the world view of jazz that Katori showed in his latest album “Tokyo SNG”. The lyrics are reminiscent of the world view of the drama. WOOZI, who leads the group’s music production in SEVENTEEN, music producer BUMZU, and Katori repeatedly exchanged opinions and finished the song. Vocals are by Katori Shingo and Yoon Keonghan, Kim Mingyu and SEUNGKWAN from SEVENTEEN. The song will be heard for the first time on the drama’s first broadcast on the 16th.

“Wana no Senso” will star Kusanagi Tsuyoshi, a member of Atarashii Chizu (along with Katori Shingo and Inagaki Goro), Igawa Haruka, Sugino Yosuke, Ono Karin, Ryotaro Sakaguchi, Shiratori Haruto and more.
