Former AKB48 member Katayama Haruka now works for a video game company

Encount recently posted an article (featuring an interview by Hiratsuji Tetsuya) about former AKB48 member Katayama Haruka who is now an employee for a game company that produces the game “Chico-chan’s Brain Activity Research Institute”.

Katayama said in the interview, “The game industry was an unknown territory for me. I honestly shared my experience and knowledge during the interview. I had no choice but to do it, so I was nervous on my first day at the company.  When I heard that they would send me a computer, I imagined it would be a laptop computer, but what arrived was a large gaming computer. I’ve never used one before, so I don’t really know how to convert hiragana.It was like a baby touching a toy for the first time since he was born.But now you can look up various ways on YouTube and so on, and I’ve actually tried it.
