Former AKB48 member Suzuki Yuka clarifies on her YouTube video that she has no plans of becoming an adult actress

Former AKB48 member and current gravure idol Suzuki Yuka updated her YouTube channel “Yuka Suzuki” on November 30th. She has often been asked about if she will transition to becoming an adult actress (note: In Japan, porn stars are called AV Actress, Sexy Actor, etc.), and she revealed her current thoughts.

In a video released about a year ago , she confessed that in 2021, when she was on hiatus from AKB48 due to reports that she was dating multiple men, she was approached by an AV manufacturer about making her debut as a sexy actor. In this video, she says, “Ever since I talked about AV, I’ve been asked about it almost every day. There’s not a day when I don’t see the word AV every day, and I see so many comments, DMs, and ego posts about it.”

Suzuki has revealed that since then, even now, fans and the public have been looking forward to her debut as a sexy actor.

Suzuki continued, “As of 2021, I went to the manufacturer and listened to specific details such as appearance fees, and I thought to myself, ‘Wow, I can make this much money!’. That’s when I decided I wanted to do it”.

However, she gave up on becoming an Adult actress because her parents told her that it was “hard to support her” and she was not prepared for it.

In her most recent video, Suzuki says, “I’m going to say it once and for all, but I don’t really have any plans to do it at the moment. Please don’t get your hopes up too much”.
