Former Morning Musume member Konno Asami gets nostalgic on her blog

With the pregnancy announcement by former Morning Musume member Abe Natsumi, former Morning Musume member Konno Asami can’t help but get nostalgic of the past, especially now that many of the senior members, including herself, are now mothers.

Konno joined Morning Musume back in August 2001 along with Takahashi Ai, Ogawa Makoto and Niigaki Risa.  She would graduate from Morning Musume in 2006 to pursue her studies at Keio University (one of the top private universities in Japan).

In the first blog post, Konno Asami congratulated Abe Natsumi and writes about how time has gone so quickly and now her daughter will be one-year-old.

In her second blog post, she shared photos with her and her fellow Morning Musume members at the time going to Disneyland but also commenting on the kind of mobile phone she used at the time.

Konno’s blog has become popular with new mothers at it focuses on her life with her baby but also a diary from pregnancy to raising a child.
