Konno Asami announced that she is pregnant with her third child

Former Morning Musume member/current TV TOKYO announcer Konno Asami announced on her Instagram that she is pregnant.

Konno revealed she is five months pregnant and is planning to give birth in August.

On her official blog, Konno wrote about how she had a lot of morning sickness from December through February but now things are much more calmer.

Konno made her debut with Morning Musume as a fifth generation member in 2001.  She graduated from the group in 2006 and entered Keio University and graduated.  She joined TV TOKYO in 2011 and became an announcer.  She married pitcher Sugiura Toshihiro who was part of the Tokyo Yakult Swallows at the time and now a pitcher for the Hokkaido Nippon Ham Fighters.
