Konno Asami and Nippon Ham Fighters pitcher Sugiura Toshihiro welcome the birth of their third child

Former Morning Musume member/current TV TOKYO announcer Konno Asami (34) and husband, Nippon Ham Fighters pitcher, Sugiura Toshihiro (29) welcomed the birth of their third child.

Konno made her debut with Morning Musume as a fifth generation member in 2001. She graduated from the group in 2006 and entered Keio University and graduated. She joined TV TOKYO in 2011 and became an announcer. She married pitcher Sugiura Toshihiro who was part of the Tokyo Yakult Swallows at the time and now a pitcher for the Hokkaido Nippon Ham Fighters.
