Terrace House: Opening New Doors Episode 39 – Yui goes to see a fortune teller, Risako goes to the gym with Aio and more! (Spoiler Alert)

“Terrace House: Opening New Doors” episode 39 has aired and it no doubt left us wondering about a few things…

First, let’s kick off with the episode teaser:

The episode begins with the housemates wanting to go see Kaito skate.  LAter, Maya and Kaito kick back and watch a movie and the two discussing love and the movie.

Meanwhile, Yui continues her job search and Sota gives her advice and how he got his job with the present company he works for.

Aio and Sota hang out and Aio tells him that he asked Risako to join him at the gym and later on we see Risako meeting with Sota.  Sota learning more about Risako and both learn about each other.    Hmm… Not sure if these two are compatible?

Later, everyone heads to the surf skate event to watch Kaito skate and then all hang out at the beach to see former “Terrace House: Boys x Girls Next Door” Makoto and friend surfing.  The friend joins Kaito with the other TH housemates and hang out on the beach.

Later on, we watch Aio giving Risako some football (soccer) tips out in the garden and Aio invites Risako to a FC Ryuku game in Nagano.

Later, we see Aio and Maya hanging out for some beers.  And Maya explains to him if she’s not sure if she wants to pursue modeling.

Kaito wants to go skateboarding with Yui, but she decided to see Shohei perform live at the Apple Music Festival.

We then see Aio and Risako going to the gym and working out.

Yui goes to see a fortune teller, the “Mother of Karuizawa”.  What response will she get?  The woman tells her that she may want to work overseas, work in a profession treating trees, eating/drinking and shops.  As for her love consultation, she is told that she will grow closer to Sota, Kaito is more like a friend but the best compatibility with her is Aio.

Yui comes home to the house to tell both Risako and Aio the results of her consultation with the fortune teller.

It was also revealed that “Terrace House: Opening New Doors” may be leaving Karuizawa around Christmas.  So, not necessarily the end of the show but possibly a new location, which we have seen happen before on previous “Terrace House” seasons of moving to a new area.  It would make sense since everyone on the show is commuting so far.   The ties to Karuizawa is not as strong as it was with the original cast members, so will that mean a move to Tokyo?
