Current NPB League Standings: Yomiuri Giants top the Central League and Chiba Lotte Marines top the Pacific League

With nearly a dozen games baseball games played, the Yomiuri Giants lead the Central League and the Chiba Lotte Marines lead the Pacific League.

Currently the games are being played without any attendees in the stands and some on SNS are saying it’s contributing to certain teams that are usually on top, not doing as well.

But Yomiuri Giants, last year’s Central League champs were expected to top the Central League, while last year’s champs, the SoftBank Hawks are second to last.

But there is a lot of baseball this season that is yet to be played and one can expect to see league standings shift a week from now.
