FUJI TV’s investigation finds no evidence of wrongdoing by “TERRACE HOUSE: TOKYO 2019-2020” staff, Kimura Kyoko responds

Fuji TV reported on their official website of their investigation results into “TERRACE HOUSE: TOKYO 2019-2020” and if there were any instructions or coercion by staff in the “costume incident” which is alleged to have led to the hate comments towards Kimura Hana, leading to her death.

Kimura Hana had been vocal with her mother and friends of what happened.  Even the other person, Kobayashi Kai, who was involved in the incident, had come out to validate what Hana experienced.

Fuji TV said their internal investigation with 27 people including 17 production staff, 4 technical staff, 4 performers, and the offices belonging to Kimura Hana.

According to the investigation, there was no instructions or coercion during that scene.

Kimura Hana’s mother Kyoko responded to the investigation results:

Kyoko wrote, “To be honest, it’s a lie. Now is not the time for me to cry, get angry or have regrets. Now I have to calmly pursue each contradiction and raise my voice one by one. For those who love Hana, it’s the only thing I can do”.
