Days after Goto Yuki was pummeled on “Celebrity Street Fight”, Asakura Mikuru will use his winnings to remove Goto’s tattoos

Former EE Jump member Goto Yuki (also the younger brother of former Morning Musume member Goto Maki) took part in a celebrity street fighting event for ABEMA.

If a challenger can beat professional mixed martial artist Asakura Mikuru, they can win 10 million yen.

It didn’t end well for Goto, who’s face was battered after the fight which lasted 45 seconds.

Goto wrote, “This time in regards to the challenge, it was reckless no matter how you looked at it. I’m sorry to worry my wife and family and also everyone who wanted me to take the challenge. There was a lot to gain in my life through this fight. I really wanted to stand up and fight, but I couldn’t even do that in front of the pros but I’m not injured, so don’t worry”.

As for Asakura Mikuru, Goto said, “I thought he was a great man and he was very cool”.

Since then, the two have appeared on each other’s YouTube channels and since no one was able to be Asakura, Asakura won the 10 million yen and decided to use some of his winnings on something kind for Goto Yuki and that is to have him remove his tattoos.

Asakura learned about Goto’s hard times and how he went to prison for stealing copper wire and that one of the things he promised his mother, who died while he was still in prison, was that he would remove his tatoos.

Asakura accompanied Goto to a tattoo removal location and watched as the clinic took the first step in removing the tattoos from his body, which the process and treatment has to be done four times.

Despite the pain that Goto received, Goto said that he would do his best because he wanted to keep the promise made to his mother.
