AKB48 member Taniguchi Megu to release her photobook “Kawai-sa no riyū”

AKB48 member Taniguchi Megu (23) will be releasing her first photobook “Kawai-sa no riyū” (KADOKAWA) on November 16th.

Taniguchi received her first senbatsu for AKB’s 58th single “Nemohamo Rumor”, and was active as a senbatsu member for the following 59th single “Motokaredesu”, attracting her attention.

A photo book full of “adult cuteness” of Taniguchi who will celebrate her 24th birthday on November 12th, just before the release date. She boldly challenges full-fledged gravure, such as lingerie and swimsuits. The black lingerie that was chosen for the cover cut is a glimpse of one side of her that shows her adult side.

Taniguchi was born on November 12, 1998 in Tokyo. In 2013, she passed AKB48’s 15th generation audition. She has appeared in dramas such as “Tofu Pro Wrestling” (TV Asahi) and “Majimuri Gakuen” (Nippon TV). In December 2020, she joined A.M. Entertainment.
