The performers for NHK’s “74th NHK Kohaku Uta Gassen” (7/20) on New Year’s Eve were announced on the 13th at NHK Hall in Shibuya, Tokyo, and fans of the unnamed artists expressed their disappointment on social media.

When Hinatazaka (who has participated twice in the past) was eliminated, there were comments such as, “I’m happy for Sakurazaka to return, but I didn’t expect Hinatazaka to be eliminated”, and “I wish all three Sakamichi groups would have participated”.

Regarding AKB (participants) who have participated in the past 12 times, there are voices such as “I wanted to see Yukirin’s last Kohaku before her graduation. I love Yukirin who shined in Kouhaku”.

There were also posts expressing regret that names such as Yonezu Kenshi, King Gnu, Vaundy, and Fujii Kaze were not included.
