The “ONE PIECE” manga will be on hiatus for four weeks as mangaka Oda Eiichiro will have eye surgery

“One Piece” mangaka Oda Eichiiro released a message in Japanese and English in regards to his upcoming eye surgery for astigmatism which is affecting his work.

Due to the surgery, the manga will go on hiatus for four weeks, so there will be no “ONE PIECE” for “Shonen Jump” issues no. 29 through 32. They hope to resume for issue 33 to be released on July 18th.
