It was decided that the popular manga series “Urusei Yatsura” (1978-1987) by Takahashi Rumiko and was serialized on “Weekly Shonen Sunday” will be making its return to television on Fuji TV’s “Noitamina” late night anime time slot. This is the first time the TV anime series will be broadcasted in 36 years, the series aired on television from 1981 to 1986.
The announcement was made on a full-page advertisement on Sankei Shimbun on New Year’s Day.
