Former AKB48 member Suzuki Yuka (21) who graduated from AKB48 in September 2021, updated her Instagram and announced that she will be with Flave Entertainment and will start from 0 and earn the trust of fans who supported her.

Suzuki writes, “About 8 since I graduated from AKB48 in September last year. For months, I was thinking about my future life on a daily basis. I wanted to start over again, and my past actions were annoying, and the regrets almost crushed my chest. I started writing down my thoughts”.

The mention of past actions is possibly in regards to the Bunshun article which outed Suzuki dating different men (reported in April 2021) which led to her suspending activities temporarily. She returned in July 2021 but three months later, she tested positive for the novel coronavirus and then announced her graduation in September 18th.

Suzuki wrote, “At that time, I was desperate and was about to be swept away in the wrong direction. Still, with the advice of people I could trust, I gradually began to see the future I envisioned. In the meantime, I had a connection with Flave Entertainment, and I strongly wanted to start again from 0 toward my dream. I will do my best to earn the trust of the fans who supported me and I would appreciate your continued support”.
